Today I´m actually having some flow in my life. I went in to Friedrichshain to visit my favorite store Candy Fans. It´s a store with swedish candy and crisps which I´ve been missing so much since I came to Berlin. The snacks here are nowhere near the swedish. Even the vegan and vegetarian candy is great. They´ve only been open for one and a half month and I applied to work there. I met the boss today and he told me that they couldn´t hire me because they weren´t established enough yet. We talked a little about marketing and advertisment and I offered my to help. So I will go there next week to take some pictures of the store to post in different facebook groups. We also talked about making an opening event and spread it on facebook and even buy some publicity to help people in Berlin find the store. He said that I could bring some ideas and I feel really excited about it. I don´t get payed or anything but I don´t have any experience about either. I´m just excited for the store and really need them to stay so I can keep buying my swedish candy.

 

They also marked which candies that are vegan, vegetarian or halal plus there´s notes of whats in the candy so it´s easy to find what you want. I can really recommend it to you who live in Berlin. The store has a great location right across the street from the Warschauer U-bahn station, or actually a few meters down but it´s easy to find! 

 

Besides from that I have a few job interviews the upcoming days, two café job and one babysitter job. I love children and one of my dream jobs is to become a babysitter. I´m having a little doubt about if the parents would think I´m inappropriate because I´m on the fetish scene. But to me that´s two totally separete worlds. Children has nothing to do with fetish stuff and other sexualized things. I´ve choosen not to tell them but make sure I really separate these parts of my life. It´s not a secret that I´m a bdsm performance artist but it´s nothing I´m writing with big letters when I´m applying for a normal job.

 

I´ll add in some pictures of what I bought at Candy Fans today. It´s not really the theme they have but I thought I would be a little creative while taking photos of my snacks.
